One hundred per cent for people who love roses. On the footer of this site that is a slogan; everywhere else on the farm it is the hiring criterion.
It is not only about growing top-quality roses.
It is also about having fun and loving what you do. The people here cut, grade, pack and sell roses every day of the year, and the standard holds because they care what leaves the farm with their name on it.
To the florists and the wholesalers
Roses are beautiful for their shapes, their colours and their scent — but also because the people who work with them help someone else feel love, sympathy, gratitude or apology. Thank you to every florist and every wholesaler who carries ours the last mile. Without you, Stampsybox would not be what it is.
The farm
Stampsybox grows in the province of Carchi, 2,950 metres above sea level and almost exactly on the equator — which is what makes it the right place to produce the roses the most demanding markets ask for. At harvest every stem is chosen by hand on length and head size, and the process is supervised from end to end, so what arrives is what was promised: quality, vase life, and a customer who comes back.

The booth is ours: cardboard, tattoo flash, and a wall carrying every variety we grow — built so a buyer can open a head with their own hands instead of judging it from a photograph.
